Rental Conditions and Terms
The following terms apply to all rentals:
  1. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
  2. All rates are quoted FOB our yard.
  3. Rates:
    1. Daily - Maximum Hours: 8
    2. Weekly - Maximum Hours: 40
    3. Monthly - Maximum Hours: 160
    4. Hours of use in excess of maximum allowed will be charged in proportion to the rate contracted. ​
  4. Deliver and return: Rates are quoted FOB.  Transportation is available at $125 per hour plus all permits and tolls. 
Responsibility of the Customer
  1. Furnish a qualified operator
  2. Perform normal daily maintenance procedures, i.e. grease, oil levels, tire pressure, etc. 
  3. Inform Snyder's Leasing LLC of equipment malfunction immediately.
  4. Machine will be returned clean or a cleaning charge will be assessed. 
  5. Return machine full of fuel. 
  6. Accept liability for maintenance expense due to abnormal wear to machine and tires. 
  7. Return machine with keys and operators manual. 
  8. Rental begins when machine leaves yard and does not end until returned. 
Insurance: Customer will be responsible for providing property and adequate public liability insurance coverage as approved by Lessor.  Snyder's Leasing LLC will not be responsible for any claims of loss or damage which the Lessee may suffer.
